Distribution Agreement
A distribution agreement is an agreement whereby the Supplier agrees to grant to a Distributor the right to sell, in the Distributor’s own name and for its own account, the products of the Supplier. As beneficiary of a specific entitlement in relation to the products, the distributor is more than a simple reseller.
